FAQ 64.03 Biarritz Les Halles

The hotel is located in the heart of Biarritz, close to many shops and the beaches.
It can be accessed via Rue Gambetta, with a drop-off area in front of the hotel for your luggage.

- From Biarritz Train Station: Take bus line n°5 and get off at Larralde stop. The hotel is 500 meters from there. You can also take a taxi (Biarritz Taxi: +33 5 59 03 18 18) or contact us if you’d like us to book a VTC for you.

- From Biarritz Airport: Take bus line n°36 and get off at Larralde stop. The hotel is 500 meters from there. You can also take a taxi (Biarritz Taxi: +33 5 59 03 18 18) or contact us if you’d like us to book a VTC for you.

We do not have private parking. There are parking spaces available around the hotel, which are paid from 9 am to 8 pm.

Several underground parking options are also available, with 24/7 security. The closest ones to the hotel are Bellevue (200m), Sainte Eugénie (400m), and Clemenceau (450m). More information: HERE.

For stays between July 3rd and September 3rd:
We suggest parking in one of Biarritz’s underground parking lots, considering the summer pedestrianization.

Check-in starts from 3 pm. The reception is open 24/7, so feel free to come by to drop off your luggage. Our team will do their best to have your room ready as early as possible.

The room must be vacated by 12 pm. For any requests for late check-out, please contact the reception.

We are happy to store your luggage after your departure.

We have a limited number of electric bikes available for rent. Please contact the reception for more information or to make a reservation.

We do not have meeting rooms on-site, but our partnerships with nearby venues within 200 to 900 meters allow us to offer a turnkey seminar project.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am during the week, and until 11 am on weekends. We may introduce a late breakfast option until 12 pm, so this may be updated.

Our establishment offers 35 rooms, some with ocean views.

You can use our restaurant area, both indoor and outdoor, at any time during the day.

We offer a flexible rate allowing cancellation without fees up to 24 hours before your arrival. Beyond that, your reservation becomes non-modifiable and non-refundable, as does our non-refundable rate. For cancellations due to force majeure, please contact your insurance. We can provide a non-presentation certificate to support your claim.

Flexible reservations are payable on-site at arrival. Non-refundable reservations are charged on the day of booking.

Fully renovated, our rooms feature a warm decor with high-quality materials, premium bedding, and fine linens. We offer 7 room categories: single rooms, comfort rooms, sea view comfort rooms, superior rooms, triple and quadruple family rooms, and an apartment.

A hairdryer is available free of charge in all our room categories.

We offer a buffet breakfast at €18 per person, including: pastries, bread, fruit juices, hot drinks, seasonal fruits, yogurt, milk, plant-based milk, compote, cereals, muesli, toppings, flan, chocolate cake, ham, scrambled eggs, bacon, and local cheeses.

The restaurant staff is available to assist with any room service requests.
