By car : The hotel is located in the pedestrian street of Port-Vieux. You can get closest to the hotel via the Place du Port-Vieux by using Rue Mazagran or Perspective de la Côte des Basques.

From Biarritz Train Station : Take bus line n°5 and get off at Larralde stop. The hotel is 700 meters away. You can also take a taxi (Taxi Biarritz: +33 5 59 03 18 18) or contact us to arrange a VTC.

From Biarritz Airport : Take bus line n°36 and get off at Larralde stop. The hotel is 700 meters away. You can also take a taxi (Taxi Biarritz: +33 5 59 03 18 18) or contact us to arrange a VTC.

We do not have private parking. Paid parking is available around the hotel from 9 am to 8 pm.
Several underground parking options, secured 24/7, are nearby : Parking Sainte Eugénie (200m) and Parking Bellevue (450m). For more information : ICI

For stays between July 3 and September 3, we recommend using one of the underground parking facilities due to seasonal pedestrianization. If you wish to park around the hotel, you can access Place du Port-Vieux via Perspective de la Côte des Basques ONLY.

Check-in starts from 3 pm. The reception is open 24/7, so you can drop off your luggage at any time. Our team will do their best to have your room ready as soon as possible.

Rooms must be vacated by 12 pm. For late check-out requests, please contact the reception.

Our bar, La Volta, offers a selection of drinks and shareable dishes daily from 12 pm to 11 pm.

We do not have meeting rooms on-site, but we can organize turnkey seminar projects through our partnerships with nearby venues located 200 to 900 meters from the hotel.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am on weekdays, and until 11 am on weekends.

Our property offers 21 rooms, some overlooking the city, the patio, or the sea. Starting January 2025, we will have 36 rooms.

You can use our restaurant area or the outdoor patio for work, weather permitting.

We offer a flexible rate with free cancellation up to 24 hours before your arrival. Beyond this, the reservation becomes non-modifiable and non-refundable, as does the non-refundable rate. In case of force majeure, please contact your insurance company, and we can provide a non-arrival certificate to support your claim. Flexible reservations are payable upon arrival at the hotel. Non-refundable reservations are charged on the day of booking.

All our rooms range from 15 to 20 m² and are available in three categories: Superior, Superior Patio, and Superior Ocean View. Fully renovated, they feature warm décor, high-quality materials, premium bedding, and top-notch linens.

Yes, a hairdryer is provided free of charge in all room categories.

We offer a buffet breakfast at €20 per person, including: pastries, bread, fruit juices, hot drinks, seasonal fruits, yogurt, milk, plant-based milk, compote, cereals, muesli, toppings, flan, chocolate cake, ham, scrambled eggs, bacon, and local cheeses.

Our bar staff is available for room service requests.
