A simple breakfast, perfectly executed, designed as a quiet moment to ease into the day.
Every morning, the buffet is served from 7:00 to 10:30 am.
Fresh bread, pastries, local products, organic cold-pressed juices, award-winning coffee and teas.
A savoury selection completes the offer: scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, cheeses and guacamole. €19 per person, to be added at booking or at reception.
Basta Pinsa (Rooftop)
On the rooftop, we offer a warm Italian table.
Here, you share a pinsa while taking in Monaco from above.
The venue is open in spring and summer. An open-air space to experience Monaco differently, between late afternoon and evening, with direct views over the principality.
Open Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 to 10:30 pm. Closed on Sundays. Basta Pinsa closes for the winter and reopens in spring.

Chez Pino
Chez Pino, located on the ground floor, immerses you in the warm atmosphere of an Italian trattoria.
With its checkered tiles, wooden tables and walls decorated with memorabilia, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy convivial moments, just like at home.
Accessible directly from the hotel, it’s a convenient option for lunch or dinner without having to step outside.
Open Monday to Friday: 12:00–2:00 pm / 6:00–10:00 pm.

The 300 sqm rooftop offers a modern, open-air setting that can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Chez Pino, a 90 sqm space, is ideal for more intimate events with a capacity of 60 people, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
For your working meetings, we also have a 15 sqm room with a maximum capacity of 10 people.
This space, with its large wooden tables and high-speed Wi-Fi, creates an environment conducive to focus and creativity..
